Fire Station 76 Groundbreaking

Laramie County’s public safety infrastructure began a new chapter this morning with the groundbreaking ceremony for future County Fire Station 76. This new station, a significant addition to our public safety resources, will be located at the corner of Happy Jack Road and Round Top Road on the west side of FE Warren Air Force Base. Fire Chief Jason Caughey expressed his gratitude to the Laramie County voters and the hard work of all those involved in getting the project to this point. The event was well attended by area residents, fire personnel from the Air Force and Air National Guard, Sheriff’s office staff, County Fire Personnel, and members of the public. As Laramie County grows, care should be taken to ensure that public safety resources keep pace. This will lead to safer communities for all.
